My experience spans the full spectrum of revenue models — PLG, sales-led, ABX, Direct, Channel, and E-commerce — and I became known for turning chaos into consistency while building trust-based teams that actually want to show up on Monday mornings.

After 20 years of leading revenue teams, I discovered what truly lit me up wasn’t hitting the number — it was the people development. It was seeing someone achieve more than they thought possible. It was witnessing those breakthrough moments when everything clicks.
Throughout my career, I kept seeing brilliant leaders achieving everything on paper while falling apart in reality. The overachievement followed by burnout. The imposter syndrome. The loneliness that no one talks about.
