I spent nearly two decades leading revenue teams at hypergrowth tech companies. Medical devices to SaaS. Fortune 500s to startups. I’ve built and scaled organizations across Direct, Channel, and E-commerce models. Led teams through PLG, sales-led, and ABX motions.
But resumes don’t tell the real story.
I started as an engineer wearing a hard hat, not a headset. That ground-up perspective shaped everything. I jumped into sales because I wanted control of my outcome. I wanted to know that the harder I worked, the more it would show in my results.
That formula worked brilliantly… until I became an executive. Suddenly, working harder wasn’t the answer. Success meant working through others, not just myself.
I became known for balancing strategy with empathy. Turning chaos into consistency while building trust-based teams. My secret? I genuinely believe trust and vulnerability are the foundation of every high-performing team (and yes, I’m that person who gifts “The 5 Dysfunctions of a Team” to every new manager).
